What's in each crate?


Three 4-oz. bags of whole bean, North Carolina-roasted coffee, a treat from a local business, some awesome North Carolina vinyl swag, and a detailed description of each roast.

What do I need to get started?


Coffee grinder. Brewing device. Coffee Mug. A taste for adventure. This isn't your average cup.

When will I get my Coffee Crate?


We ship on the 15th of every month.  You can anticipate your box between the 17th and the 20th. We use USPS as our primary shipping provider.

When can I start my subscription?


We take new subscriptions until 9:00 p.m. EST on the 14th of each month. If you sign up after the 14th, you will receive next month's crate. For example, if you sign up on the 21st of March, you will receive your first crate the week of the 15th of April.

Can I cancel my subscription?


Sure, but really, what's not to love? If delicious coffee and great customer service isn't your thing, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We want you to be satisfied. Shoot us an email at wideawake@coffeecrate.co.

Do you accept orders outside of North Carolina?


Yes! We'll gladly ship to anyone in the continental United States that wants to try North Carolina coffee. Alaska and Hawaii, we can't give you free shipping, but we'd love to send you a crate for $7.99 to cover shipping.

Do you do gift subscriptions?


Absolutely, how thoughtful! Coffee Crate makes an excellent gift. Click the "Gift a Crate" button on the homepage to purchase, and the recipient will get an email with details on how to redeem.

I'm a coffee roaster or local vendor. How do I get in the next Coffee Crate?
